I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

Great run today, except for the lizard ran right under my foot, poor guy.....squish!

And yes, Lily it is way hot to run outside....but I think I am getting used to it now. I notice I can't run as fast when it is way hot but it still beats the TM. And the gym is so desserted, I am all by myself in the mornings....wish someone would come visit me....

ran outside....How can I get faster? I think my fastest is 8:11 and I am DYING!! I can only go one mile that fast then I need to drop down to 9:00-9:30 I can do that in a breeze forever but if I try to go faster I feel like I can't breathe like my throat is closing in on my or something.  oh I tripped over myself to avoid another lizard this morning, what is the deal? I have never had them run under my feet before, usually they are way fast and move!
