I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run! Now it's an addiction!
Short-Term Running Goals:
I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to be healthy and active.
Personal:
Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!
So I have finally started running again. I been exercising just not running so I haven't posted about it. But at least I did almost a mile and a half right? I really have no excuse why I haven't been running just a crazy sinus infection that has lasted way too long but oh well. I have been doing the cross county skiing machine. and 100 lunges a day plus arm weights and leg weights too.
