I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

Ran three miles, then did the leg press, biceps, deltoids. Hey does anybody have tips on how many reps and sets and how much weight to use?? What do you all do? 

I ran by a family of squirls today, then didn't run away when I came by they just stood there, I was nervous that they were going to get me......then I thought as long as they don't jump on me I think I would survive :)
