So my husband informed me that I am running wrong. I basically land flat on my foot, and my heel touches everytime my foot hits the ground. So he told me I am supposed to practice running on my toes so more of the ball of my foot touches the ground and not my heel. HOW in the world do I make THAT feel natural??
