I struggled through my jog this morning. The first mile I walked and then kept a nice jog pace the rest. My shoes, oh man I was hoping for a better first run than that. My right foot was bliss, however my left KILLS me I had a sore leg anyway and now my shoe hits my arch funny what should I do?? besides fix my run on sentence?

| | Why is monday so hard? could be because I also took saturday off? My usual people didn't come with me today, I had my neighbor and my sis-in-law. I think our group may be getting bigger. our best pace was 8:41 a mile. I am happy with that. Pretty good for someone who hates to run, right? However, I do want to improve my time, I have to keep up with my other crazy neighbors, yeah you know who you are:) |

| | So I didn't press start on my garmin till we were already on the trail this morning, so I don't really know how far we went, I know I went at least three. Today was tuff, I think that 5 hours of sleep for the last couple of days is catching up to me. So question, if 12 minutes of swimming equals 1 mile of running. Do I get to count 5 hours of swimming lessons to the equation?? Could be why I have been so pooped! |
