I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run! Now it's an addiction!
Short-Term Running Goals:
I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to be healthy and active.
Personal:
Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

Merri, I love the name Boston! It's actually on my list...I just have to convince Dan. He is sooo stuck on James Owen..Ugh. His dad's name is James, I don't want to do that. We are having a REALLY hard time choosing a name this time!
So, I am just going to throw this out there. But do any of you check your heart rate? Mine is always really high..like 175. when I run or do the arctrainer. My doc says while prego I have to keep my heart rate under 140..which is actually really hard to do. I can basically only turtle walk. It's way lame!
